The Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program (ACSP) for Golf Courses is an environmental certification program that aids golf courses in protecting the natural heritage of the game as well as the environment surrounding the course. Since the beginning in 1991, now more than 2,300 golf courses in the United States are members and therefore provided with the necessary information to evaluate their own course regarding environmental impact. The ACSP certification is a designation awarded only to those golf courses that meet the standards set by Audubon International. Less than 30 courses in the state of South Carolina have this designation and the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course of The Reserve at Lake Keowee is one of them! This 7,000+yard golf course is known for the beauty along Lake Keowee but has recently acquired this well-earned title.
Come and enjoy all that Lake Keowee and the surrounding environment has to offer, on and off the course!
