I am a friendly and outgoing spirit that loves people and I also hold the knowledge to guide my clients through a minimal stress, smooth transaction. The real estate industry is always such an adventure! You are continuously learning, and there is never any monotony.

My employment with Justin Winter & Associates began in August of 2019. I started as a Customer Care Representative, and then became the Closing Coordinator. In 2020 I decided it was time to get my SC Real Estate License and was licensed in 2021! Aside from representing buyers and sellers, I also handle all closings for our agents, ensure that homes are show ready, and capture virtual tours (Matterport) for new listings. My role is different from others because I do not have just one role! I am the “Call Trisha” and I help guide our team through smooth closings and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Previously, I was the founder of my own professional hair & makeup business for five years. In my spare time, I still provide elite services for wedding parties and brides in the South Carolina and North Carolina region. I love making someone feel beautiful and special.

I was born and raised here in South Carolina – and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I’ve lived near Lake Keowee for 30 years and I have an extensive knowledge of the area. I am passionate about the outdoors – hiking, fishing, being near or on the water, adventuring and finding new places. I grew up in the big town of Pickens, SC – Pumpkintown to be exact – and spent my life going to Lake Keowee and Jocassee and playing in the river on my mom’s property. My husband and I plan on building our forever home here in Pickens with a goal of having a large piece of property with a creek, garden, and plenty of space for our dog, Gus, to roam.
