Beginning January 2, 2024, the firm’s mid-lake office will relocate from 141 S. Main Street to a new, larger space at 270 Crowe Creek Road, Six Mile, SC, previously home to The Stillwater Group. Our North Lake Office will continue to be located at the entrance to Keowee Falls North and South, on Scenic Highway 11.  

This move reflects not only our growth but also our commitment to serving the mid-Lake Keowee communities with even greater accessibility and resources.

company to Justin Winter & Associates, 

will share our new location at 270 Crowe Creek Road, Six Mile. This partnership brings together two leaders in high-end real estate and outdoor living, offering our clients a seamless experience from real estate purchase to pool design.

Preserving the Legacy of the Community Grocery Store

Our former office, the converted Six Mile Community Grocery Store, holds a special place in the heart of the Six Mile community. After sitting abandoned and in disrepair for decades, we took great pride in restoring this cherished landmark which dates from 1949. By rejuvenating original features such as the heart pine floors and tin ceiling, we breathed new life into the building while preserving its unique charm and atmosphere.

As we transition to our new Crowe Creek location, the Six Mile building will remain in exceptional hands. The Stillwater Group, known for crafting exquisite, high-end homes that harmonize with the region’s natural beauty, will own and occupy the Six Mile building. This move not only marks a new chapter for both companies but also reinforces The Stillwater Group’s dedication to personalized service and impeccable craftsmanship, serving the entire Lake Keowee region.

While our mid-lake office is relocating, our Salem office, located at 15740 N. Hwy 11, will remain fully operational. This location continues to serve the North Lake region with the same dedication, expertise, and personalized service that define Justin Winter & Associates/Forbes Global Properties.
